About this Class:

Kick off Mother's Day Weekend and treat your Mom to a special experience designed for food, wine and cocktail lovers!

Your night begins with an Aperol Spritz and our Salumi & Formaggi Expert, who will guide you through the world of Italian meats and cheeses. Together, you and your Mom will create your own charcuterie board to enjoy as an antipasti.

Next, our Scuola Chef will demo a two-course Italian dinner tableside, allowing you to learn how each dish is prepared and savor each dish paired with a glass of Italian wine.

To end on a sweet note, our Beverage Expert will lead a cocktail demonstration where you’ll craft your own espresso martinis to enjoy with housemade tiramisu to share!

In this class you will:

• Learn about Italian Salumi and Formaggi and build your own charcuterie board with your Mom, paired with an Aperol Spritz
• Enjoy a tableside demo of a two-course Italian dinner, each course paired with a glass of wine
• Craft your own espresso martinis during a guided cocktail demo
• Enjoy housemade tiramisu to share for dessert
• Take recipes home with you at the end of class

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply. Credits issued for La Scuola events are redeemable only for future La Scuola events and cannot be used to register for events in other parts of the marketplace or exchanged for store credit or Eataly gift cards.​
