Paul Sanguinetti is the Co-founder of No Scruples, LLC, an elite collective of bartenders with an emphasis on education and community outreach. He has over 16 years of experience in hospitality including work as a chef, sommelier, and beverage director for Los Angeles and New York based Patina Restaurant Group. He is currently an active bartender and consultant for bars in Los Angeles, including The Normandie Club and newly opened and acclaimed The Edmon.
