WIne Faults Class

Cost: $45 Public; $40 Club

Wine Faults Class: Ever wonder about what faults might be lurking in your wine ?

We all know about cork taint but what about other classic wine faults ?

This class will educate you on many of the classic wine faults including

 oxidation, reduction, volatile acidity and others.  A combination of

aroma kits and actual faulted wines will be explored.  Tickets

are $45 for the public and $40 for Club members, They can be obtaine

in the merchandise section of our online store https://chwwinery.orderport.net/wines/merchandise

Date is June 6 and time 2-4 pm.  In our new Club lounge.
