And we’re back! For Pairing #20, we can't help but celebrate with some of the most iconic wines of the world, hailing from Piedmont in northwestern Italy.

This is a storied winemaking area, most famous for its Barolos and Barbarescos. But there is so much more to this wine geography than big, bold reds (fear not, we'll taste those too). From things like Lumassina to Dolcetto, we're excited to show off some of the best food wines in the world.

Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with cheese, as always, by Rachel at Orrman’s to show how acidity, texture, and structure can either contrast or amplify flavor.
