Wine And Dine With Darby Winery

Wine & Dine returns with Darby Winery, one of Washington's most respected small producers, for an evening that explores what happens when an Italian dinner table is viewed through a Pacific Northwest lens.

Winemaker Darby English will join us to share the stories behind each bottle, proving that world-class wine doesn't always require a passport.

Founded in 2005, Darby Winery has built a loyal following by focusing on small-lot wines from exceptional Washington vineyards. Darby's approach is thoughtful but never fussy, letting each site speak for itself while making wines that are as enjoyable around a dinner table as they are in a tasting room.

Chef Devon Capocelli has created a menu inspired by the season, with each glass poured to complement the course in front of you. Throughout the evening, Darby will guide the pairings with stories from the vineyard, the cellar, and the road that brought each bottle to your table.
