Cheese monger/chef Cynthia of Whey on Wheels and Windchaser Wine are teaming up to host a cheese and wine tasting at the winery on Thursday April 23rd. This is a ticketed event with limited seating starting at 6pm.
Chef Cynthia will guide us through the six essential cheese styles: fresh, soft, semi-hard, hard, washed rind and blue. We’ll experience cow, buffalo, sheep and goat’s milk cheeses. There will be a flight of four wines served with the cheeses + jams, condiments, spreads and other delights. Expect familiar favorites and delicious new discoveries. Additional wine will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle. It’s going to be a delicious, casual, educational and fun evening of wine and cheese goodness.
Cheese and Chef Cynthia’s house made seasonal condiments will be available for purchase to go as well as Windchaser wine of course.
It’s a seated event with wines being pre poured. Winery door opens at 6pm, the discussion starts at 6:15pm. Please email dave@windchaserwine.com to reserve your seats.
