Life Love Cheese will lead a night of cheese making with whiskey pairing at Chattermark Distillers' Cocktail Bar at 200 Terminal Street in Charlestown.

Life Love Cheese and Chattermark Distillers are excited to partner for a night exploring cheese and libation pairings. Life Love Cheese's expert cheesemongers Adam Goddu will take participants on a journey of American Artisanal cheeses while Chattermark's distillery crew will show off their signature products. We will talk about what makes a great pairing and why.

Each ticket includes 6 cheeses paired with 2 signature cocktails and 4 signature libations. The cheese sampling will include some hand-selected accompaniments from small batch artisans, bread and crudite. Although this class is called "Whiskey and Cheese" we can't forget Chattermark's fabulous Gin, which is perfect for the spring!

We also have it on good word an extra-aged barrel spirit will make an appearance for this workshop.

About your cheese instructor:

Adam Goddu is a Certified Cheese Professional (CCP) and Life Love Cheese's Retail and Beverage Manager. He is a born and raised Mass-native and a long-time specialty food and beverage professional who has done everything from train cheesemongers and running public education classes at Murray's Cheese in New York City to leading sales and training for Eden Ciders in Vermont. Before coming to Life Love Cheese, he curated the bar and retail beverage programs for Stone's Throw Pizza, also in Vermont. He's chuffed to be back behind the counter sharing the bounty of local New England producers and International legends alike.
