The experience begins at 5:30 PM with pairing one, a welcome apéritif, and an amuse-bouche social. Guests are invited to explore The Depot’s working distillery and brewery while enjoying a relaxed, behind-the-scenes start to the evening.
At 6:00 PM, the guided tasting experience begins in the Barrelhouse.
You will be led through a curated progression of three pairings, featuring two handcrafted whiskey or bourbon cocktails and one straight spirit, each thoughtfully paired with small bites incorporating professionally selected cheeses. Each course is designed to highlight balance, contrast, and depth between spirit and ingredient.
This interactive experience is hosted by Master Distiller, Brewer, and Co-Owner Brandon Wright, alongside Cheese Monger and Owner Amy Lemon of The Wheyfayer, who will guide you through the flavor profiles, pairing approach, and craftsmanship behind each element.
Expect a warm, engaging atmosphere with just the right amount of education woven into a memorable tasting experience.
