In honor of Taste Washington Wine Month, this month's wine dinner is all about celebrating the incredible ingredients our state to offer. We'll be sourcing as many components of the menu as possible from right here in Washington, highlighting the farms, producers, and flavors that make us so special.
As always, you can expect an unforgettable four-course dining experience crafted by Chef and Owner Michael Ruhland, with each dish thoughtfully paired with selections from our Valo and Massalto wines.
