It's mid summer and the milk's aplenty, with a warm glow highlighting UK cheeses showing between 8-12 months maturation time. What's better with bandaged cheddar (and cheddar-like kin) than crisp cider from around the globe?
Join us for a foray into the world of cheese and cider in this fun summer class.
