Our first Vine & Dine evenings at Osteria Chef’s Table last year were magnificent ~ hearty, generous, and completely delicious!
Calgary’s Osteria De Medici has been a fixture for authentic Italian cuisine for decades. Their long-time chef, Michele, took over the management of the north part of the restaurant in Kensington, keeping the tradition but incorporating his own spin to create Osteria Chef’s Table.
Michele is committed to quality and supporting local producers, and he frequents city markets, local growers and farmers, to source his ingredients.
Six authentic and delicious Italian dishes are carefully paired to complement the flavours of Michele’s menu!
