Another Indian summer for Vine & Dine this year!
Our very first Vine & Dines were December, 2005 with two nights at Mango Shiva, in Penny Lane. We sold out both nights and everybody loved the modern Indian dishes all paired to complement the flavours.
Parm Brar was the chef at Mango Shiva for more than ten years and now with his brother, Bhadwant, they’ve opened their own restaurant and we’re excited to come back for one night in July and one night in August to enjoy six dishes of their delicious North and South Indian cuisine in this beautiful 36-seat restaurant!
