Chef Duncan Ly hosted us for multiple Vine & Dine evenings every year for the five years his Foreign Concept restaurant was open, and almost all our evenings there sold out - some years we had to run extra evenings too, as they were so popular!

This will be our third year at his Bar Chouette - the last two years were both excellent - and now he has a very talented new chef Colby Tio, who just won both Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice at the Stampede Chef Showdown! Chef Ly describes Bar Chouette as a collaboration between old-world and new-world, where you can explore different tastes in a warm, and vibrant setting.
