Please join us for our next dinner at our North Park location! For our June 3-course dinner offering, we're very excited to announce an evening featuring wines from Walla Walla Winery, Time & Direction! We'll feature 3 different wines, with a focus on Rhone varietals. This all-red lineup starts out with a very light Grenache, but gets much bolder from there. Chef Erin will present each wine alongside each course pairing. This seasonal menu will celebrate late Spring flavors and elevated pairing concepts! You can expect a very fun evening of wine and food conversation along with wine region and vintage insights. Seating is limited for this dinner, please see below for reservations.
* Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in event space. A flight of exterior, low-rise stairs is the only way to access this event area.
We're happy to announce the return of 3-course events; offering an incredible value at a time when we're all only hearing about increasing costs. Once a month I will offer an abbreviated, 3-course dinner/brunch at either HardiHood in North Park. This equates to a full meal (appetizer, two light entrees and complimentary dessert) along with 3 paired wines, still 3oz pours of each. It is the same great concept of wine pairing with discussions on both the wine and food.
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
