We’re excited to be coming back to SOT this summer!

Everyone who came to these dinners last year was full of praise for these outstanding dishes, and earlier this year SOT was awarded Calgary’s Best New Restaurant 2025!

Chef/owner of SOT (meaing ‘pot’ in Korean), Alex Sang-Ho Kwon has cooked his way around Calgary and Ottawa, in restaurants such as Model Milk and Oliver & Bonacini, and latterly at Orchard where SOT chef Nak Hwan Kim cooked alongside.

Chefs Kim and Kwon’s style of cuisine is elevated and creative, based on Korean dishes and then preparing them in a modern way resulting in dishes that are contemporary and chef-driven. They make absolutely everything themselves in house, and are dedicated to using very fresh, and local ingredients sourced from local producers.

Six exemplary dishes await, each carefully paired to honour and complement the flavours of this superb menu.
