Love Italian Wine & Food? Join us on Oct. 24th, when we will be hosting a special 5 Wine & 3 Course Italian experience with Sisto Tessari, co-owner and winemaker at his family's La Cappuccina estate, east of Verona in the Veneto region. We offer 2 seatings: 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM. 

For the 5 wine, 3 course lunch in the Trattoria with Sisto the menu and wines are:

Welcome Bubbly: Filos Spumante Brut

First Course: Pan seared Radicchio with EVOO and Garlic Shrimp. Very classic and an excellent pairing with 2 of La Cappucina's Soaves: Soave Garganega (2024) & Soave Garganega San Brizio (2022)

Second Course: Porcini Mushroom Tortellini and Porcini Sauce paired with Campo Buri, a wonderful big red blend of Carmenère and Oseleta native grapes

Third Course: Pastissada, a typical recipe from the Veneto region, which is a beef stew made with wine, onion, carrots, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and bay leaves served over potatoes. Paired with Madego, a single vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Carmenère.
