Love Italian Wine & Food? Join us on Saturday Nov. 7th when we will be hosting a special 3 Wine & 3 Course Italian regional experience with Le Marche Wines and Foods with Russ Lorber, Owner Importer of Wide Roots. We offer 2 seatings: 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM. 

Take a seat at the table and spend an afternoon in Le Marche, one of our favorite regions. Located in central Italy to the East of Umbria with the Adriatic coast on the east side of this beautiful region, Le Marche is an unspoiled and often described as quieter and a less crowded alternative to Tuscany, and the foods and wines are spectacular. 

At this special Italian Table Experience, Bobbi Parlett, Owner of Simpatico, and Russ will take you on a culinary journey through the region with three traditional Marche food courses, each paired with a carefully selected wine of the region from Russ's portfolio of Marche wines. 

You will see a demo of the preparation of one of the courses, and will receive the recipes for all courses so you can recreate a little taste of Marche around your own table along with the wines.

Vincisgrassi - a typical Marche pasta dish similar to lasagna, considered one of the gastronomic emblems of the Marche cuisine Paired with "Gavigliano” Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOC Superiore (red wine)

Pork Tenderloin Porchetta  Paired with Spinsanti Adino Rosso Conero DOC (red wine)
