As dinner unfolds, Thomas Williams of Delta Dirt Distillery will guide us through the story of Sweet Roots Arkansas Brown — a spirit born from heritage, innovation, and Arkansas soil.

Pre-Set Salad:

• Butter Lettuce & Granny Smith Apple Salad with candied pecans and blue cheese
• served with a “Sweet Roots Arkansas Brown” Maple Vinaigrette-Plated

Buffet Entrées:

• Delta Dirt Distillery “Sweet Roots Arkansas Brown” Glazed Pork Shoulder
• Arkansas Blackened Chicken with a light “Sweet Roots Arkansas Brown” pan sauce
• Roasted Mushroom & Delta Rice Ragout (vegetarian entrée)

7:30–8:00 p.m. From the Roots, One Last Pour

As the evening concludes, we invite you to enjoy a small pour of Sweet Roots Arkansas Brown, Founders Addition served neat and paired with warmed pecans — a simple expression of gratitude and craft.
