She instantly made the experience fun and welcoming by playfully poking fun at me for never having tried sushi before (which had us laughing), but she was also incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My wife and I both genuinely enjoyed the class from start to finish. Not only did we learn so much, but we also felt completely comfortable asking questions and trying new techniques. The way Chef Jennifer explained each step made everything feel approachable, and it turned what could have been an intimidating experience turned into something we truly appreciated together.
