Local Event
In Spain, tapas are a way of life. They are the start to your evening, shared over a beer, a glass of wine, or a cocktail. Join us for an evening that will bring some of the Spanish lifestyle to Central Florida.
In this class, Chef Maria will lead you in creating several vegetarian and seafood-based tapas. You will experience authentic and bold flavors. We will make Escalivada (a dish of roasted or grilled vegetables, often served cold), Patatas Bravas (fried potatoes with a spicy sauce and a garlic alioli), Marinated Olives, Grilled Sardines on Toast, and Gambas al Ajillo (garlicky shrimp).
Guests will be tasting all dishes and will take home recipes so they can be recreated at home.
