Join me for a hands-on sourdough workshop where you’ll learn how to confidently make your own beautiful, nourishing bread from scratch! During class, you’ll mix up your own loaf to take home and bake, plus create your very own established starter. We’ll work with dough in different stages so you can see and feel the process step by step. You’ll also receive a complete sourdough starter kit with the essential tools to get you started at home, dough that you will learn how to mix up in class and get to take home to bake and an established sourdough starter that I will also teach you how to maintain! We’ll enjoy fresh bread together during class and finish with homemade sourdough cookies as a sweet treat.
