Pier Alchemy is a hands-on cocktail series that brings you behind the bar. This Father’s Day weekend, the experience turns toward the world of single malt Scotch and the craft of personal fragrance.

Guided by the heritage of The Balvenie, guests will explore the depth and complexity of one of Scotland’s most celebrated distilleries through pours of Caribbean Cask, French Oak and PortWood expressions, beginning with a welcome cocktail featuring the 12-Year DoubleWood.

Throughout the evening, guests will discover the art of fragrance firsthand alongside local perfumer De la Fontaine Naturals—blending and bottling a custom cologne inspired by the warm honeyed notes and layered character of The Balvenie.
