Virginian and French winemaker Michael Shaps is here to showcase his beautifully made wines from both locations to give every guest a well-rounded and worldly experience! We've included 6 courses to carefully pair with each wine. This wide-ranging selection of wines will certainly take you on a journey as we taste 3 delicate white wines and 3 exquisite red wines.
