Join us for an evening of fun as we enjoy some exciting rosé wines. This class will take you on a journey through the many styles and shades of rosé around the world. Sometimes not taken as seriously as whites or reds, rosés can have a surprising amount of complexity. We'll explore how rosé is made, its various styles and how to pair them with some of your favorite spring and summer dishes. Let’s get out of the habit of sticking with Provence and learn about the many regions around the world that are producing world class rosé wines.
