Chef Paul has designed a custom menu to highlight the unique proof and mash bill of each pour:

• Sausage & Caramelized Onion: Paired with Eagle Rare (Earthy sausage and sweet onions harmonize with the 10-year oak and toffee notes).
• Bacon & Mushroom White Pizza: Paired with Weller 12 (Smoky bacon and earthy mushrooms stand up perfectly to this deep, velvety, extra-aged pour).
• Pepperoni with Hot Honey: Paired with Weller Red (The 107-proof heat cuts right through the spicy pork and sweet honey for a bold finish).
