The Advanced Bar Alchemy class is built for those who already understand the basics and want to refine their technique, expand their palate, and elevate the way they approach cocktails.

Advanced balance and structure (acid, sugar, dilution, texture)
Working with modifiers: amaros, fortified wines, and herbal liqueurs
Precision techniques: controlled dilution, stirring vs shaking mastery

Introduction to elevated techniques (infusions, rinses, expression)

This is a hands-on, guided session where each guest will craft multiple cocktails using more advanced ingredients and methods not covered in standard classes.
