Hosted at Mesa Maguey, this curated experience brings together seasonal Oaxacan-inspired cuisine crafted by Chef Ivan Soriano alongside a guided tasting of four unique Benesin mezcal expressions. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the character and complexity of every pour.
Throughout the night, guests will explore the stories behind each mezcal, the agave varieties used, and the traditional production methods that make Benesin one of Oaxaca’s most respected mezcal producers.
