Wine For All is teaming up with 850 Degrees — Ridgefield’s prime destination for artisanal pizza — for a special event featuring pizza plus comedy, plus trivia, plus music, plus wine. Making it a true collaboration, 850’s chef, Beck Bolender, is designing four brand new pizzas expressly for PIZZA PLUS. Guests will judge all four, with the winner becoming a special in May. For wine lovers, a flight of four killer curated wines are offered as an upgrade.

Best of all, entertainment is baked-in: the pizza progression will be punctuated with stand-up comedy by Tish, music by Gideon Klein, and trivia (with prizes!). Pricing is all-inclusive: $49 (pizzas, salad, dessert, beverage); or $69 with a specially curated wine flight.

Behind Wine For All: Bill “Tish” Tisherman earned his stripes in wine media, events and retail for 20+ years—and he honed his comedy chops at the same humor tree as Conan O’Brien, Colin Jost and Herman Munster—The Harvard Lampoon. Tish’s unique approach to wine: “I think, therefore I am. I drink, therefore I am more.”

Gideon Klein started playing piano at 10, got frustrated, and switched to guitar at 14—which worked out better. After years in rock bands, he embraced an unplugged lifestyle. He now performs his own genre of “Fingerpicking Comedy Blues”—a mix of music, humor, and anecdotes.
