We'll start the night with a seated three-course dinner on Opolo's patio, each course paired with our wines as the sun goes down. Then we'll head up to Opolo's iconic hilltop, the perfect setting to take in the night sky, where astronomer Dr. Gary Blackwood (NASA JPL, ret.) will walk us through the wonders of the cosmos before the meteors start streaking overhead.
