We always receive wonderful feedback for our Vine & Dine evenings at One18 Empire, and now we’re coming back for a very special one-off, Eau Claire distiller’s whisky dinner!

Alberta’s first craft distillery, Eau Claire is a certified farm distillery in the heart of Diamond Valley. All the spirits are made with Alberta barley using traditional farming methods to produce artisanal, award-winning spirits from farm to glass .

Join Master Distiller Daniel Gowrie and founder David Farran for one night only as we learn more about the distillery and their products, and hear their stories of prohibition, an illegal whisky trade, and illicit activities.

We’re in the beautiful private dining room of this stylish, warm and comfortable restaurant, which means that we will be only 23 people maximum. Join us for a welcome cocktail and canape followed by a four-course Eau Claire Distillery pairing dinner!
