In celebration of spring, join us for an exclusive six-course wine pairing dinner featuring winemaker Fabio Gatto Santone of Nada Giuseppe Wines, visiting from Treiso (one of the four villages of the Langhe where Barbaresco is produced). Fabio will be pouring his family wines throughout the evening. Each course, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Giorgio Vizia, showcases the rich culinary heritage of Piemonte, highlighting seasonal ingredients such as artichokes, truffles, porcini, lobster risotto, and venison, each perfectly paired with expressive Italian wines.
