Slow down, breathe deeply, and find your balance with an evening of Tai Chi at Great Bear Vineyards.

Join us every Thursday evening for our Tai Chi Basics Course, a welcoming introduction to the ancient practice of Tai Chi. Through slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing, you'll build balance, improve strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

This beginner-friendly class focuses on the fundamental drills and postures that provide the greatest health benefits while laying the foundation for a deeper Tai Chi practice. Whether you're completely new to Tai Chi or looking to refine the basics, everyone is welcome.

 Meet Your Instructor

Daniel Pfister has practiced Tai Chi for nearly 30 years. He received intensive training while living in Taiwan for five years and later completed his master's thesis on the effects of Tai Chi stance training on blood pressure. His approachable teaching style makes this class enjoyable and accessible for participants of all experience levels.

After class, you're invited to stay and enjoy Thursday Social! Relax with a glass of wine, challenge friends to a board game, or simply unwind in the peaceful vineyard setting as the sun begins to set.
