For one night, Sarah from Plant Wines is pouring the Canary Islands: wines from vines grown in black volcanic ash, on Spanish islands that sit closer to Africa than Spain. Come find out why everyone who tries these wines won't shut up about them.

Sarah's got the stories to go with the pours: three producers across two islands, with Bodegas Viñátigo and Bodegas Tajinaste from Tenerife and Bodegas Los Bermejos from Lanzarote, where the vines grow in hand-dug ash pits.

Everything's available by the half glass, glass, half bottle, or bottle. Taste your way across the islands or fall in love with one and commit.

One of the world's most fascinating wine regions, come thirsty.
