Come learn “How It’s Made”!

Discover production methods for some of the world’s most iconic wine styles – from the crisp effervescence of Traditional Method sparkling to the rich complexity of long barrel-aged Gran Reserva Rioja. We’ll discuss the craft behind a range of techniques such as skin contact whites and semi-carbonic reds while exploring the unique characteristics that make each glass an unforgettable sip. Whether you’re new to wine or a long-time enthusiast, this course will immerse you in a wide and diverse journey through the world of wine! We will taste 11 wines.

This class will be held in person at the Capital Wine School on Saturday, April 11 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

Please note that the building in which we are located does not have an elevator, and there are several sets of stairs to navigate to get to our classrooms on the second floor.

To ensure a quality experience for all participants, each class or course requires a minimum number of registrations. If this minimum is not met, we may need to cancel the session. In such cases, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for rescheduling or a full refund.

By purchasing your ticket(s), you agree to our payment, refund, cancellation, and reschedule policy.
