In our 'Hidden Gems' Wines & Rinds series, we will be showcasing 5 cheeses paired with 5 wines, each selected due to being produced in lesser-known regions and/or flying under the radar in comparison to other items in our shop. Join Beautiful Rind's team as we guide you through the basics of pairing wine and cheese with a fun interactive tasting. We will give you a little background on each item and go over what we look for in a great pairing. This is a great class for those looking to find out about some of our most unique cheese & wine-producing regions!
