We are back for our 3rd monthly Pig Roast & BBQ. Each plate includes the smoked pig and choice of 2 other meats along with house pickles, corn bread, apple slaw and 3 BBQ sauces. Additional meats and sides also available.

Whole Pig - Harvey's Mop Sauce & Smoked Onions

Leg of Lamb - garlic & rosemary butter

Chicken Thighs - house jerk rub

Bacon Wrapped Beef Franks - brown sugar mustard glaze

Cedar Plank Salmon - honey & cracked pepper glaze
