Set in our garden surrounded by the estate vineyard at Parrish Family Vineyard, Harmonious Pairings is a sensory experience designed to delight every note of the palate. Enjoy a curated selection of our estate wines thoughtfully paired with seasonal bites by our Estate Chef Bryan Mathers, each crafted to complement pieces by talented musicians of the SLO Symphony. As the sun sets over Paso Robles, sip, savor, and listen. Let the flavors linger and the music carry you into a perfect Spring evening.

Limited seating available. Reserve your place and experience wine country in perfect harmony. Seating starts at 5:15pm with the event beginning promptly at 6:00pm.

Pre-Event Add On Experience| Barrel Tasting with the Winemaker| 4:30pm

Begin your Harmonious Pairings evening with rare access to the cellar. Join our Winemaker, David Parrish, for a barrel tasting experience before the main event. Sample wines directly from the barrel and explore the artistry behind the wines. Enhance your evening and taste what’s next. This add on experience is at 4:30pm before the Harmonious Pairing experience at 6:00pm. $50 per guest.
