The evening showcases the full breadth of their traditional techniques and the distinct terroirs across their vineyards, all poured by family vigneron, Théo Gonet.

You’ll be welcomed with crisp Champagne alongside our iconic small bites before settling into a progression of seasonal dishes like Fluke Crudo with Sugar Snap Peas and Madeira-glazed Squab with Morels, crafted specifically to complement each pour.
