Unlock the secrets of authentic Northern Italian cuisine in this hands-on "Pasta Making 101" workshop! Guided by James Beard Award-winning Chef Jeff Michaud, you will dive deep into the craft of handmade pasta, learning techniques passed down through generations.
Your evening begins with a glass of wine and a spread of classic antipasti, including artisanal salumi, imported cheeses, and our signature wood-roasted vegetables. Once you've settled in, the real fun starts. Chef Jeff will demonstrate the art of the perfect egg dough—from the "well" to the final cut. You'll roll up your sleeves to mix, knead, and shape three different pasta varieties yourself.
After class, relax and enjoy a seated family-style feast featuring the very pastas you created, cooked to perfection, and served with Chef’s seasonal sauces. House wines flow throughout the night, making this the perfect blend of education and dining.
