France has a long history of wine-making that dates back centuries. By inventing the concept of terroir and as pioneers in the production of sparkling wine, the French have set a high bar for winemakers everywhere. In this beginner's class, we will be tasting wine from some of France’s most famed appellations and discovering why the unique soils and climates of the regions have been producing some of the best wines in the world.
