Executive French Chef Camille Le Caër announces he will be teaching a Croissant baking class on Wednesday March 18th, 2026 from 10am - 12pm, 27 Chandler St Suite 310A, Buffalo, NY 14207

What's on the program? Crafting croissant, laminate the dough & shape the croissants.

Croissant is NOT GLUTEN FREE.

Patrons must purchase Baking class tickets by 11:59pm Tuesday March 17th, 2026. All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

Refund requests sent via email are allowed up to 8 days before any Masterclass.

Refund requests sent via email from 7 days to 49 hours in advance of the class are given an Eventbrite credit for a future class from Chef Camille.

Refund requests sent via email 48 hours in advance of this class's date: Due to prior purchase of ingredients and provisions, we cannot allow refunds for pre-purchased Masterclass that are 48 hours in advance of the class date.

This refund policy also applies to no-shows: We are sorry if you miss the class, but we cannot provide you a refund.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR REFUND POLICY.

Force Majeure: In the event of major circumstances preventing this Masterclass to occur, (ex: weather event, driving ban, closed streets, pandemic, etc., or if Chef Camille becomes ill,) we will make an attempt to reach ticket holders via text, email and/or phone call. Please make sure the contact information you key in is accurate, so you can be reached. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for all class tickets if Camille Private Chef LLC cancels this class.
