Back by popular demand! Light, bright, and built for sunshine—this class explores Champagne styles perfect for summer sipping. We’ll dive into refreshing non-vintage expressions, crisp Blanc de Blancs, rosé Champagne, and other warm-weather favorites.

We will post the list of wines to be tasted closer to the event date, but here is a preview of what we’re planning (subject to change based upon availability and other factors):

1. NV Brut Champagne
2. NV Blanc de Blancs
3. NV Rosé Champagne
4. NV Blanc de Noirs
5. Brut Nature Champagne
6. Grower Champagne
7. Vintage Champagne
8. Champagne with extended lees aging
9. Prestige Cuvée
10. Champagne aged under cork or oxidative style

 

This tasting is in person at the Capital Wine School on Saturday, July 25 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

Please note that the building in which we are located does not have an elevator, and there are several sets of stairs to navigate to get to our classrooms on the second floor.

To ensure a quality experience for all participants, each class or course requires a minimum number of registrations. If this minimum is not met, we may need to cancel the session. In such cases, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for rescheduling or a full refund.
