You will learn how to craft a dining experience, inspired by the family’s Michelin-starred restaurant in Mendoza, “Angélica—cocina maestra.” Catena’s Angélica restaurant is the creator of the #winefirst dining concept, where wine is the main course, and seasonal dishes are the pairing, not the other way around.
