Stag's Leap Wine Cellars is a legendary Napa Valley estate established by Warren Winiarski in 1970 in the Stags Leap District. Just six years after its founding, its 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon stunned the world by besting top Bordeaux wines, including two First-Growths, at the 1976 Judgment of Paris, a victory that put California and Napa Valley on the global winemaking map. Join longtime winemaker Marcus Notaro as the estate continues its year-long 50th anniversary celebration of the Judgment of Paris.

Guests will experience a thoughtfully curated progression of wines showcasing the depth and character of the estate, from vibrant whites to distinguished Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with a seasonal multi-course menu by Bottega Executive Chef Alex Espinoza. Each course is designed to complement the character and expression of the wines, bringing together refined flavors, exceptional ingredients, and the gracious hospitality that defines Bottega.
