Led by a skilled instructor from Bar Method Woodland Hills, this low-impact, high-intensity workout combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to tone and strengthen your body. After your invigorating workout, unwind with a refreshing mimosa made with our signature sparkling brut.
