Almost a third of all grape plantings in Australia are Shiraz, so it is no surprise as to why we associate this wine with the land down under. However, that leaves a lot to explore in this vast country of barbies, crocodiles, and kangaroos. So, hop into this boot camp where we will taste four wines and explore Aussie wine history and current trends.
