In celebration of the timeless pairing of white wine and seafood, The Sea by Alexander’s Steakhouse invites you to an intimate and educational wine dinner hosted by Wine Director Max Klassen.
Join us for an extraordinary evening as Chef YuMin Lin presents a refined multi-course tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of exceptional white wines from France. This unique experience shines a spotlight on the often-overlooked white expressions from some of the country’s most iconic red wine regions — Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and Bordeaux.
These elegant wines, frequently overshadowed by their red counterparts, will take center stage for one night only — revealing their depth, complexity, and perfect harmony with seafood-driven cuisine.
From pristine Japanese Red Snapper Sashimi to delicate Maine Scallops and Alaskan Halibut Meunière, each course is designed to highlight the nuance of these remarkable wines. The evening concludes with a savory main course and a beautifully balanced dessert pairing, creating a complete and memorable culinary journey.
This is more than a dinner — it’s a guided exploration of terroir, technique, and taste.
