Join us on the covered patio at Rouge for one very special night when Jean de Castelnau from Louis Roederer Champagne will be with us to take us through his exceptional range and tell us stories of the region.

One of the last, great, independent and family-run Champagne houses, Louis Roederer, since inheriting the Champagne house in 1833, has mastered every stage of the wine’s creation. He created one of the world’s most impeccable and iconic sparkling wines, Cristal, from his estate vineyards in 1876 - and we’re going to be drinking it!

Rouge is celebrating 25 years this year, driven by a love of the culinary journey and a commitment to unforgettable experiences. This unwavering commitment has garnered a collection of accolades from being named #1 Best Restaurant in Calgary to international recognition among the World’s 100 Best Restaurants by San Pellegrino.

Join us for a sparkling reception with canapés followed by a sumptuous and impressive four-course meal, created by Executive Chef Dylan Bretecher, each course paired with a Roederer Champagne (including the $650 Cristal!) .
