We’re at this elevated, casual restaurant, named for the‘First Lady of the Calgary Stampede’, Flores LaDue, wife of Stampede founder, Guy Weadick, and undefeated World Champion Lady Fancy Roper after 31 years of competing.

And we’re roping in a completely delicious new menu from one of Calgary’s most prestigious chefs, Executive Chef Paul Stoffel of Q Haute Cuisine and Murrieta’s. We’re starting with a sparkling reception and canapés, followed by a fabulous four course, beautifully plated, dinner of locally sourced ingredients, all carefully paired to complement the flavours of this superb menu, including Flores & Pine’s own sustainable produce!
