About our Chocolate Sommelier:
Victoria Kichuk is a chocolate educator, writer, tour guide, and owner of Cocoa Beantown. Her unique blend of engaging storytelling and accessible food education invites a new appreciation of chocolate while learning about its greater historical, geographical, scientific, and cultural context.
